Squash Sprouts 4-7 Years old
Squash sprouts clinic is designed to introduce young children to the sport of squash in a fun and engaging way. The focus is on developing fundamental skills such as hand-eye coordination, footwork, and racket skills. The activities are age-appropriate and engaging, using games and drills that make learning fun.
Some examples of activities that may be included in a little kids squash clinic are:
Balloon Volley: This is a fun game that helps improve hand-eye coordination. Children use their rackets to volley a balloon back and forth over a net.
Obstacle Course: An obstacle course is set up with cones, hurdles, and other obstacles that children have to navigate while carrying a squash ball on their racket.
Wall Practice: Children hit a ball against a wall to practice their racket skills and footwork.
Target Practice: Children aim for specific targets on the court using their rackets, helping to improve accuracy and control.
Overall, Squash Sprouts clinic aims to make squash accessible and enjoyable for young children, while also helping them to develop key skills that will serve them well in the sport and in other areas of their lives.
Beginner to winner (Age First grade+)
The clinic will focus on teaching basic skills in a fun and engaging way. The coach will use games, challenges, and team activities to help participants develop their skills, while also having fun and building camaraderie with other participants.
Participants will be introduced to the basic techniques required to play the game, such as how to grip the racket, how to hit the ball, and how to move around the court. They will also learn basic tactics, such as how to position themselves on the court and how to anticipate their opponent’s shots.
Throughout the clinic, participants will have the opportunity to play games and drills designed to help them develop their skills in a fun and supportive environment.
At the end of the clinic, participants will have gained confidence in their abilities and have had a great time learning a new sport.
Junior clinic ( age 9 year old + and must be able to serve)
The clinic will have more technical instructions to help the players play a full game of Squash. In addition, there will be games, challenges, and team activities to help participants develop their skills, while also having fun and building camaraderie with other participants.

Ladies club
The ladies club is a clinic specifically designed for women of all levels who want to learn or improve their skills in playing squash while having a great workout.
The clinic will include warmups, skill drills and games. These activities are not only fun but also will be a great workout in one the highest calorie burner sports.
