Access Account

  • Family Membership – Includes up to 2 Adults (over the age of 25) and any dependents (under the age of 25) living in the same household and presenting themselves to the community as a “Family.”

    Single Parent Family Membership – One parent and all dependent children living in the same home.

    Adult Membership – Anyone over the age of 30 years old.

    Senior Membership – For ages 65+ (must enroll in person).

    Young Adult Membership – For ages 18-29.

    Older Youth membership – Ages 14-17.

    Youth Membership – Ages 6-13.

Frequently Asked Questions

Reservations are required for group exercise classes, lap swim & water fitness classes . Reservations can be made up to 5 days in advance for group ex classes and up to 3 days in advance for the pool.

Yes! With a member, a guest pass fee would be $15. We ask that anyone wishing to visit our facility stop at the Welcome Center for a guest pass. This allows us to properly welcome anyone interested in a YMCA membership, fill out the day pass form and go over any safety procedures, etc. A photo ID is required at check in.

Yes! The Child Watch is available for Newport County YMCA Family or Single Parent Family Members ONLY. We do not allow nationwide members/non-members to utilize the child watch area. Please visit our child watch page for more information.

Yes, no one will be denied an opportunity to participate in YMCA activities due to an inability to pay the program or membership fee. Confidential financial assistance is available.

To cancel your membership, email welcomecenter@newportymca.org or fill out a cancellation form in person at the Welcome Center. Requests must be received and confirmed by Welcome Center Staff at least 7 business days before the fee withdrawal date. Less than 7 days notice will take effect the following month. No refunds without proper notice.
