Child Watch Policies

Guidelines for Parents/Guardians:

Parents/Guardians must remain on the premises while their child(ren) are in Child Watch.

Sign your child(ren) in and out of Child Watch during every visit, specifying your location within the building. Once signed in, children of all ages cannot leave the program until signed out by a parent/guardian.

Only the designated parent/guardian or a pre-authorized individual can pick up a child. Please have a photo ID ready for both drop off and pickup.

If your child requires assistance in toileting, we will notify you to either change a diaper or accompany them to the bathroom.

If a child remains upset or inconsolable for 10 consecutive minutes, a parent/guardian will be asked to sign them out.

Child Watch is not responsible for personal items or toys brought into the area.
