Tumbling classes focus on floor skills, rather than the 4 Olympic events. Great for cheerleaders, martial arts, snowboarding, gymnasts looking for a little extra tumbling time, or those who just wish to master the basics of tumbling.
We will start with basic tumbling skills. Participants will work on motor skills; rolls, handstands, cartwheel and round-offs. Drills and progressions for back handsprings will be introduced. No experience required
