Gymnastics Center Policies
School-year enrollment: Enrollment in gymnastics is ongoing for the length of the school year. We will hold your child’s spot in the selected day/time provided tuition remains current. If you choose to take a break, your spot in the current class is not guaranteed when you return. Classes will run from 9/13/2021 to 6/18/2022 with the following planned time off:

- December 23-January 2: Winter Holiday

Tuition: Tuition will automatically be drafted on the first of each month. Tuition will be prorated according to your start date. Tuition is based off a 40 week session divided into 10 equal payments. Some months may have 3 classes and some months may have 5 classes.

Make-ups: We always recommend that your child attends their regularly scheduled class however, we understand that this may not always be possible. Make-ups are available if your child is currently enrolled in a class. Make-ups must be scheduled a head of time with the Gymnastics Director. Make-ups will only be available in classes that have openings.
Snow cancellations: The NCYMCA typically follows Middletown Public Schools for snow cancellations. You will be notified via email of any cancellations. Please note that NO REFUNDS will be given for weather related cancellations.
Parent viewing: Currently we cannot offer a parent viewing area due to limited spacing. Our renovations will provide a separate parent viewing area with ample space and seating.
Photography: For the safety and privacy of all our gymnasts we ask that you do not take and video recordings of our classes. If you take any pictures, please make sure that it is only your gymnast in the photos. Violation of the policy will result in your child being removed from the class.
