CHOOSE TO LOSE 2.0 BOOTCAMP
This program includes weekly coaching with a training program designed for your team. It will be an 8-week program with accountability, guidance, direction, training, and nutrition!! Your coach will measure your initial fitness level, share information about fitness and nutrition, support you with weekly meetings and workouts, and encourage you throughout the process. Everyone will be on a team with a Team Trainer and Coach. Use the support and enthusiasm of fellow participants and our staff to achieve healthy eating and exercise habits.
The program runs January 7th through February 27th

Month to Month, 3 Month, and 6 Month programs Looking for a new challenge or need some additional motivation?? A certified YMCA Personal Trainer can help you with what you need!! Our trainers will evaluate your health history and lifestyle to design a program that will specifically meet your needs and help you achieve your goals. All personal training sessions are either one (1) hour or 30 minutes in length. Small-Group Training Sessions are available also.
TRAINING FOR THE TRAVELER
(4 Hours—VALID FOR 2 MONTHS)
(8 Hours—VALID FOR 4 MONTHS)
Personal Training Sessions for the busy of the busiest! These sessions can be used when you cannot commit to a weekly session and can fit it into you and your trainers’ schedule! The convenience of having the sessions and the flexibility to use them. This is an option for Non-Members also so whether you travel for work or visit for vacation, this is the perfect package for you!
4 hours: $300 Members/$400 Non-Member 8 hours: $525 members/$600 Non-Member
TAG TEAM TRAINING
Join with a partner and share a one-hour Personal Training session with a certified personal trainer. You will get 30 minutes instructed cardio, plus 30 minutes guided weight training that will not only increase your resting metabolic rate but will leave you with a feeling of time well spent!! 8 SESSIONS FOR $299.00
TREAD & SHED
This class is comprised of interval training utilizing the Skillmill or Treadmill with cardio rounds for 60 minutes which may include sprints, hill climbs, intervals and intervals of sport-specific strength and agility training off the treadmill. 8 WEEKS – WEDNESDAYS @ 12PM – $99
These military-inspired workouts burn serious calories.
Boot Camps are stylized GroupX classes led by our Personal Trainers. We offer a variety of camps targeting weight loss, HIIT, athletic training, and functional fitness. These classes are built on three fundamentals of training—cardio, strength, and agility. Boot camps operate on 6-8 week sessions. $150 Member/ $200 Non-Member. ACTIVE OLDER ADULTS
Active Older Adult fitness programs accommodate a wide variety of interests and functional abilities of older adults. Active Older Adult programs include water exercise, yoga, and stretching classes and walking clubs. We also offer socialization opportunities such as a coffee hour. *Please see AOA calendar for upcoming events
