PROGRAMS > Health & Wellness Center

The YMCA Wellness Center promotes a positive and memorable experience. All of our staff in the wellness center are trained and qualified to assist you in reaching your goals. We offer a free orientation to every member to ensure safety and assistance in developing a workout program suited for your needs.

Dynamic adjustment is the essence behind the new ROC-IT™ line from HOIST®. Using ROX™ technology, the user becomes an integral part of the exercise by continuously adjusting the position of the user with the movement of the exercise arm. As a result, the ROC-IT line embodies a unique training experience that achieves the unrestricted joint movement and core activating benefits of functional training coupled with the stabilizing benefits of machine-based equipment. Try it out for yourself and experience the ride of the ROC-IT line!

Along with our Hoist® Roc-IT™ training equipment, we have a variety of cardiovascular equipment; Treadmills, Rowers, Life Cycles, Recumbent Life Cycles, Free Climbers, Stair Masters, Versa-Climbers, Elliptical Trainers and Precors. You must be at least 10 years of age and 4’ 10” to use this equipment.

Please call 847.9200, ext 102 to make an appointment with your certified trainer.
