OFF SEASON SPORTS TRAINING PROGRAM
Work on developing strength, agility, mobility, and speed in a newly renovated weight room. Participants receive professional guidance from former high school and college football player, Frank Wiley. This program is suited for high school athletes of any sport who want to stay conditioned during the off season.
Session: January 2-February 26th
Tuesdays and Thursdays 2:30-4:00pm
$50/month or $7 walk-in fee
Ages 14-19 years’ old
Pre-register for the month at the Y registration desk or pay a class walk-in fee at the front check-in desk.
