Newport County YMCA’s Group Exercise has a comprehensive
fitness and wellness schedule that serves the novice to advanced
participant. Class offerings include yoga, hip hop, indoor
cycling, Pilates mat-based workouts, kick boxing, body sculpting,
step and impact workouts. Our instructors are nationally certified
by ACSM (American Council of Sports Medicine), ACE (American
Council of Exercise) and/or AFAA (Aerobics and Fitness Association
of America). Their experience ranges from national fitness
champions/competitors, certified yoga instructors and professional
dance instructors to pharmacists, nurses, teachers, artists
Indoor Cycling is a workout that allows you to exercise at
your own pace. Cycling can be very intense and extremely effective
workout. The setting and music, along with our motivating
instructors, will take you on a journey that will create a
great body and mind workout. Indoor Cycling fills up fast.

Walk-in Fee: $10.00
10 Class Card (good for 3 months): $70.00
Aerobic Card (good for one 8 week session - unlimited classes):
Walk-in Fee: $5.00 with a member only. NO GUEST walk-ins permitted
for groupx classes after 5pm.
