Lifeguarding Course
Participants who are 16 and over and who can pass a swim skills test are trained in the area of personal safety and water emergencies. Certification for both YMCA & the American Red Cross; program also includes CPR for the Professional Rescuer and First Aid.
30 hours

Guard Start plus
Introduction to lifeguarding, water safety and swimming instruction.
Ages 11 – 15

Babysitttting Course
This American Red Cross course is designed for participants ages 11 & up. The course teaches the basics of child care and first aid response. A certificate is issued at the completion of the course.
9 hours

Certification Courses
(Lifeguard, CPRCPRCPR/AEAED, First Aid)
We offer challenge and review courses for all 3 of these Red Cross certifications.

CPR/First Aid Course
This year over a million people will have heart attacks in the U.S. Learn to recognize the signs and symptoms of heart attacks and perform CPR for adults, children and infants. This American Red Cross course will also teach you how to help a choking individual. Basic First Aid Certification is included.
