Water Exercise Programs
Water exercise is a low impact, high-energy way to workout and get fit. With the resistance and support of the water this workout is perfect for all levels of fitness. Water workout is great for the beginner and rehabilitating person, but can also give a healthy fit participant a great workout that is also fun!

Our pool is handicap accessible and has a chair lift.
